I was on a search for apartments and Aero on Upper Bay Apartments will be my new place to stay. The staff and management were very polite and helpful. The apartments are in great condition inside and out. I can’t wait to move in.

Stopped by to get information about apartments. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Office was neat and smelled great. Property on the outside looks well kept up. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my move!

I absolutely love this place. The only reason I’m moving is because it’s out of state. I have lived here 4 years. Not one complaint. Office staff amazing. Maintenance staff amazing as well. My neighbors are the absolute best. I’m going to really miss it here.

I was searching for a place that had good reviews in the area and this was the only place with more than 4 stars, without the price tag of it. Not just in Seabrook but the surrounding areas. i had to check it out! Not surprising how they were super friendly, attentive, and professional!! I stopped by to also ask a couple residents how they like it and they said it was one of the best apartment complex’ they have ever lived in!
I have been here almost a month now and maintenance has came every time the next day if not the day of to fix anything I need fixed. Also super pet friendly, clean appliances, quiet neighborhood, at an affordable rate! Definitely happy here and would recommend to anyone, any age!

I love this Apartment complex!!! My unit has two doors to the patio and it’s AWESOME to feel the wind blowing through the apartment. Staff is SO friendly and the pool is so nice!!! Definitely recommend!

Very beautiful townhome, very spacious and fancy kitchen marble backsplash, breakfast bar and a big patio for your bbqs. Love how calm and safe the neighborhood is, my daughter loves riding her bike around the neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

It’s a great property they have a beautiful lake view on the back, when I have a problem with maintenance around the house they are always quick to respond and come on the same day. The manager is very sweet very good vibes and it’s a really quiet neighborhood never had a problem. I love it here

I recently leased at Laguna vista, and was extremely impressed! The landscaping was beautiful, and taken care of. I really liked the floor plans, and the price of rent. It’s in a great area, with shopping and restaurants nearby. I can’t wait to move in!!!

I love it here have been moved in for about 3 months now couldn’t ask for anything better the office is really nice and friendly they are willing to help you when your in a jam. really nice pool and nice friendly neighbors as well. The maintenance guys are always out and about to help with anything u need as well really awesome place really

I been living here for a long time now close to 10 years. It is a very good property to live at. Very quiet and peaceful and I would recommend anyone to live here . Also the area is very nice and has most of our daily need to be supplied by stores and restaurants location. I have no problem so far with the the maintenance crew which they get the job done when you request it. Try your new home today @ Banyan Cove Apartments !!! Thank you
